One of the main things in my mind is how to improve efficiency of now our Indian villages are run
Even even they want a small tunnel or road to be build the issue has to be taken to the state head for a decision that requires local debate and decision weather the particular issue is real or anything else takes precedence to that .
This misalignment is one big waster in the system
I see this concept of giving power and resources to lowest level of the administration is the solution to unlock the huge score of efficiency .
Not not only the efficiency factor one more thing this does it motivates the local people to understand and apply themselves for their own good. I think that’s a big leap ahead.
Butt the problem I see with this model is any long term plan that a govt plans for its people loses its punch as its diluted by local efforts that may not be aligned with this .
I see this as a huge challenge on fine thinking what project/decision that are to be taken at state/higher level and what at lower level.
